INGREDIENTS

1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1½ tablespoons Smokin’ Buttz Hot Honey BBQ Rub
½ cup Smokin’ Buttz Hot Buttz Sauce, divided
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon melted butter or plant-based butter
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Chopped green onions or fresh parsley for garnish, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions
1Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2Toss cauliflower with olive oil and Hot Honey BBQ Rub until evenly coated.
3Spread in a single layer, leaving space between florets.
4Roast 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender with golden, crispy edges.
5Combine ¼ cup Hot Buttz Sauce, honey, melted butter and apple cider vinegar.
6Gently toss roasted cauliflower with the hot honey glaze.
7Return to oven 3–5 minutes, until sticky and lightly caramelized.
8Finish with remaining Hot Buttz Sauce. Garnish with green onions or parsley, if desired.
Air Fryer Option
9Preheat to 380°F. Cook seasoned cauliflower for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Toss with glaze and air fry another 2–3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
Make It a Meal
10Serve over rice or quinoa, tuck into tortillas with fresh slaw, or serve as an appetizer with a creamy dipping sauce.
SAUCE BOSS TIPS
✦Sauce Boss Tip: Don’t overcrowd the cauliflower. Giving each floret room to roast creates crispy edges that hold onto the Hot Buttz glaze.
