Here at Smokin’ Buttz BBQ Online Store, it is our mission to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are unhappy with the item(s) received for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.
When returning an item, please note that:
- The item must be in new/unused condition
- The item isn't damaged (see the information below on damaged orders)
- Must be within 30 days of the purchase date
If the return in question meets the above criteria, please pack the item up safe & sound for shipping back to our warehouse.
*Please note that return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
Once we receive your return shipment back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the item back to the credit card used for the original order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account. Please note that the refund will not include the shipping cost for the original order.
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that your order didn't make it to you in one piece. We certainly do our best to properly package each item, but sometimes a package can be damaged in transit. Please notify us within 5 days after receiving the shipment with a photo of the damaged item at firstname.lastname@example.org. With proof of the damage, we would be happy to send out a replacement or issue a full refund for the order.
Have a sudden change of heart? We would be happy to cancel any orders that have not been shipped. Please notify us at email@example.com of any cancellations. We process orders pretty quickly, so please notify us of any cancellations as quickly as possible. If the order has already shipped, please view our return policy.
