Orders ship within 1–3 business days from Middle Tennessee. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves us. Orders placed Friday afternoon usually go out Monday.
Spend $50 or more before tax and shipping is free automatically — no code needed. The cart shows you exactly how much further you have to go.
Have a sudden change of heart? We would be happy to cancel any orders that have not been shipped. Please notify us at sauces@smokinbuttzbbq.com of any cancellations. We process orders pretty quickly, so please notify us of any cancellations as quickly as possible. If the order has already shipped, please view our return policy.
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that your order didn't make it to you in one piece. We certainly do our best to properly package each item, but sometimes a package can be damaged in transit. Please notify us within 5 days after receiving the shipment with a photo of the damaged item at sauces@smokinbuttzbbq.com. With proof of the damage, we would be happy to send out a replacement or issue a full refund for the order.
Ingredients and allergens vary by product. Please read the label on each item before purchasing. If you have a specific allergy, contact us with the product name so we can help you review its ingredients and preparation. We cannot guarantee that every product is free from all allergens.
