INGREDIENTS

6 cups water, divided
4 family-size or 8 regular black tea bags
¾ to 1 cup sugar
2 cups peach nectar or juice
1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches
1–2 tbsp Mango Habanero Sauce (plus more for spicy guests)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Ice
Garnish: peach slices, lemon wheels, mint or sugared rim

INSTRUCTIONS

1Bring 4 cups water to a gentle boil, remove from heat and add the tea bags.
2Steep 7–10 minutes without squeezing the bags.
3Remove bags and stir in sugar until dissolved.
4Blend peach nectar, peaches, Mango Habanero Sauce and lemon juice until smooth.
5Strain for a smoother drink, or leave rustic.
6Combine tea, peach mixture and the remaining 2 cups cold water in a pitcher.
7Chill at least 1 hour, then adjust sugar, lemon or heat to taste.
8Serve over ice with peach slices and a small drizzle of Mango Habanero Sauce.
SAUCE BOSS TIPS
✦For events, keep the tea mild and offer Mango Habanero Sauce as a "turn up the heat" add-in.
✦For a rim, mix sugar with a pinch of Hot Honey Rub or Smoky Buttz Rub and dip the glass in lemon juice first.
✦Make a concentrate with less water so it doesn't get watered down over ice.
