INGREDIENTS

4 boneless chicken thighs

1 tablespoon Big Jr's Chicken Rub

1 cup flour

Oil for frying

4 waffles

1 teaspoon Big Jr's Hot Honey BBQ Rub

Honey for drizzling

INSTRUCTIONS

1Season chicken with Chicken Rub, then dredge in flour.

2Fry at 350°F until golden and cooked through.
