Position Overview
The Retail Sampling & Brand Ambassador (In-Store) focuses on product sampling, customer
education, and supporting retail sales. This role helps customers understand flavor profiles,
pairing ideas, and product uses to encourage confident purchases.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve product samples following food safety guidelines
• Educate customers on sauces, rubs, and flavor profiles
• Support retail sales by answering questions and recommending products
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station
• Assist with light inventory awareness and restocking
• Represent the Smokin’ Buttz brand professionally at all times
Skills & Training Provided

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
