Big Jr’s Smokin’ White Sauce was created by Pit Master John Cathey who owns Smokin' Buttz. 

Smokin' White Sauce is just not any ordinary White Sauce - it can be used for a marinate, dipping, a salad dressing and so much more. It is very flavorful with just the right amount of kick at the end to have you coming back for more. 

Best used on Eggs, Chicken, Turkey, Seafood, Hamburgers, Tacos, French Fries, Rice and Vegetables.
